New Browser called Epic - can it be made to work with 1Password?
I've discovered a new Browser called Epic. It is supposedly built on Chromium. Even though it's in it's early development stage I am very impressed with its security features. The URL for this Browser is https://epicbrowser.com. I would love to be able to use 1Password with this Browser. Any chance?

Hi @Steve_Jobs,
The reality is this is unlikely at the moment. On the Mac we support the three main browsers; Safari, Firefox and Google Chrome. After that we're talking about much more niche groups. Now those browsers that use Chromium can use what we've titled as the Opera Extension. It isn't specific to Opera, it's a Chromium extension that should work on any Chromium based browser.
Why I say should is I believe the Epic browser is Chromium based but with Epic the extension has to be downloaded via their store and that means maintaining another version. It is an open request, we haven't simply discarded the possibility but there are many requests demanding the attention of our devs. So as the Epic browser doesn't allow for side-loading (I believe that's the term), something they don't do for security reasons I believe, it would seem support won't be any time soon.
I'm sorry it isn't better news. I have added your query as a vote for the request though.
