That looks as though your trial has expired. If you bought from AgileBits you have to apply the license, not just buy it, and you would have received an email with a link to the license (the procedure changed recently). If you haven't kept the email, then https://agilebits.com/support gives a link to get the email sent again.

If you have the message Trial Expired, I believe in the top right hand corner then danco's post would probably be applicable. If 1Password doesn't believe it's in an expired trial state, either because the trial period hasn't finished or it's a fully licensed copy then it's something else.
Given what you've described a diagnostic report might be useful.
I would like you to create the following Diagnostic Report please.
Then attach the report to an email, sending it to support+forum@agilebits.com
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
Once you've sent the Report a post here with the ticket ID will help us to keep an eye out for it. :)
