  • @m4rcop - Can you try the following -

    • Run 1Password on your Windows PC.
    • Select File > Repair 1Password Vault.

Please let us know if this helps. Thanks!

Thanks for the response. Doing this has updated the .agilekeychain as I can see it is dated with todays date (so must have worked) but my Android device is still not syncing to the file located in dropbox.

  • @m4rcop - If your 1Password data is good on your Windows PC, let's try resetting 1Password on your Android device as follows -

    • Go to the general settings on your phone.
    • Select the General tab at the top, tap on Apps.
    • Find 1Password in the list and tap on it.
    • Tap on 'Clear Data'.
    • You will get a confirmation window - tap on OK.

Run 1Password on your phone again and it will start up 'as new'. Select Dropbox sync and select the correct 1Password vault in your Dropbox folder.

To check the location of the 1Password vault that 1Password on Windows PC is using -

    • Run 1Password on Windows PC.
    • Go to Preferences > General.

You will see the vault location in this window. As an example in the below screen shot you can see my vault location is

    \Dropbox\1Password\1Password.agilekeychain

I have completed the above. 1password has synced the data to my phone but I have noticed that one login is missing - this is the newest one I have set up. I have tried to sync again, deleted the login and added it again, but this is has still not worked

Is there anything else I can try to resolve this?

    Thanks for your help

@m4rcop - Is Dropbox syncing OK on your Windows PC? Can you try the following -

    • Right click on the Dropbox icon in lower right of the screen.
    • Click on tools icon, and Exit Dropbox.
    • Click on Start icon at lower left and run Dropbox again.
  • @m4rcop - Just wondering if restarting Dropbox fixed your issue?
