Latest update seems to have affected syncing between many devices via Dropbox

Did some searching on this forum but recently our setup of sharing passwords via dropbox to all our team members has constantly synced (https://www.dropbox.com/s/kfsefv45yk3vbos/Screenshot 2015-06-10 10.25.24.png?dl=0) where everyone is syncing all files in the 1password over and over.

Everyone has it set to sync with Dropbox and to the appropriate directory.

I will send in a diagnostic report as well. Any instructions you have to get this to stop syncing with all devices constantly would be optimal.

I did see some instructions for a similar issue on this forum that had you delete dropbox entirely and remove the plugins, then reinstall. Did that, no better result from that attempt.
