Question about transfering license from Windows to OSX for 1Password
I bought 1Password for Windows back in May 10, 2014 (at AgileBits website).
I plan on switching from PC to Mac within the next few months.
Once I switch to Mac, I won't be using 1Password for Windows anymore. Is it possible to transfer the license from Windows to OSX?

I do apologise but we won't be able to transfer the licence. Now to try and offset that bad news you certainly don't have to pay full price for 1Password for Mac. If you were to visit our AgileBits Store and request an upgrade licence (this link) you would be requested to enter your 1Password for Windows licence key. That would get you the upgrade price for 1Password for Mac which is currently 24.99 USD. That would be the cheapest route forward I believe. Could that work for you?

I have the same issue, except I bought my MacOS from the applie store. All I have is my app store ID (no license key) -- can that work?

Can you clarify please. The original post was about moving from Windows to Mac. I could be mistaken but are you asking about going from Mac to Windows but are asking because you don't have a licence file due to purchasing from Apple's Mac App Store?
If that is correct we can help handle the no licence part but I just want to make sure I understand what you're requesting before we proceed.
