I just upgraded to version 5 but see it's a family account which I don't need. How do I cancel and sign up for an individual account?

    When version 5 arrived, the family account was discontinued and replaced by a new individual license that covers as many as six members of a family living in the same household for the same price. If your license shows that it's a family license, that's likely because you once had one in the past. My license for version 5 also show itself as a family license because I bought one for version 3.

    There isn't any tiered pricing for families for version 5, so I don't think you have anything to worry about.

    Hi @dwarrin,

    hawkmoth is spot on, the price you were given is the same as if you'd upgraded a single user licence. What you're seeing in the text is merely a remnant from when we differentiated between single users and families.
