Upgrading from 3 to 5 across macs - sync retrieves no items
I have 1password 3 running on my laptop.
I bought a new laptop and installed 1password 5.
It looks at the dropbox file, syncs, and finds no items.
Help!

Hey @springthistle, I haven't seen the report come in yet. Did you get a response from our auto-responder? If so, can you please reply here what the reference number (example: #ZSA-19218-155) is shown in the subject line of the auto-responder?

I did not get a response from the auto responder, though I emailed it 23 minutes ago. How long does it usually take?

@springthistle Well, that is the million dollar question, isn't it? :chuffed: Depends on how quickly our system is responding. Apparently there is a delay right now. Assuming you put a link to this forum conversation in the email, we will be able to connect the dots once we do receive it.
