Just to clarify, are you saying you've forgotten your master password to unlock 1Password? Unfortunately there's not much we can do for that but offer these troubleshooting tips: https://support.1password.com/master-password-not-accepted/mac.html
Did you have many items saved in your vault?

Ma'am, I have my password. I am not sure of the combination. My question for myself and Apple Care is as follows. How do we remove and re-install? Also, do i have to repurchase the app?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean, as 1Password doesn't have a "combination". To unlock the 1Password app, you just need to enter the master password you created when setting it up.
However, if you need to start over from scratch, you don't need to repurchase the app, you simply need to follow the steps here: How do I start over with an empty vault?
I don't think you'll need to contact Apple Care for help with that. ;) But if you have any questions about that or need more help with 1Password, please let us know - we're always happy to help!

And if you were thinking of contacting Apple Care, does this mean that you bought 1PW from the Mac App Store? If so, when you say "combination", do you mean your AppleID, which is needed for all purchases (and redownloads) from the App Store?

@DBZ9898: Indeed. If you purchased from the Mac App Store, you can download 1Password again from your Purchases there at any time free of charge. We simply don't have access to that information though.
If, however, you purchased 1Password from the AgileBits Store, shoot us an email at support at agilebits dot com and we can help you find your license and get things sorted out for you. :)
