    Hi @pierrer,

Thanks for reporting this crasher to us, I'm not able to reproduce the Preferences crashing on either Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. I even tested Windows 10 Insider build, no problem.

Can you tell me if 1Password asked you to submit the error report to us and if you've said yes to it? It will contain a better report for us to work on.

If not, are you able to unlock the program to go to the Help Menu > Diagnostics Report > Export to File? If yes, please email that diagnostic report to us at support+windows@agilebits.com and we'll help you fix this.

    Thanks!

Hello Mike and thank you for your prompt reply.
1Password did not ask to submit an error report. I only got a a prompt from Windows 7 asking me if i wanted to close the program or look for a solution on the internet.

Just tried to get you a diagnostics report and it crashed again with this message:

  • Hi @Pierre,

Try downloading the latest copy of 1Password here: http://agilebits.com/downloads and run the installer again to replace the current copy. Once it is done, reboot your computer, and see if it works.
