Trying to restore 1PASSWORD to Mac
My Mac had to be restored to Factory Settings. I purchased 1Password from AgileBits (55.99 in Nov 2012) To restore I downloaded 1Password from Agilebits. I respond to the dialog boxes as previous user... then choose option that data is from 'other device.' (My data is on my iPhone...not in Dropbox but I can access it from a 1Password app on my iPhone.). It then says to click on 'more information" but then it just circles back to 'if you need to restore from other device, read more information??? It has been over 3 weeks I have been trying to reinstall... I do have my license #. Help. Macbook pro/OS X Yosemite 10.10.3.
