Weird issue regarding master password
Hi,
Today when I try to log in to my 1Password on my Mac, it prompted me that my Master Password is wrong. I have been using the same password for half a year without an issue. The weirdest thing is the password hint changed to the one I used for my last master password. After I restored to the 2 days ago backup, it magically worked. Could you help me identify what is the issue there.

It's hard to say if we'll be able to identify a cause but we can try.
I would like you to create the following Diagnostic Report please. This guide will assist.

When sending the diagnostic report to the address above it would help immensely if you could include a link to this thread and your forum handle so we can connect the two. Can you also include, as best you can, the first time you noticed this discrepancy with your Master Password to help narrow down the timeframe for the logs. We may require additional diagnostic reports from you but we'll let you know.
Once you've sent the report a post here with the ticket ID will help us to keep an eye out for it. With access to the report we should be able to better assist you :smile:
