Resize the attachment area in items [Right-click in the attachment area to change the layout a bit]

Dear developers,

Please give us an option to resize the attachment's area under secure notes.
Many people have a lot of documents there, and a scroll bar doesn't help. We need to have a way to resize that area like we do with the title bar with the notes' name. That would be a great help.

@Keilor While this isn't what you're asking for, here is something you might appreciate:

1. right-click on the area where your attachments are
2. a popup menu appears
3. from here, you can choose "large icons" or "small icons"

The "small icons" option will allow the attachments area to accommodate more attachments.
