how to setup 1P credentials for AA.com logon

AA.com (American Airlines) now needs 3 credentials for logon - userid, last name, password. I can't get 1P Mac to submit the last name. Thanks.

Sync Type: Wi-Fi

    I solved this for American Airlines by saving the login manually. Directions are here. All three fields now get filled when I invoke 1Password.
