I just realized that I needed to purchase 1Password through iTunes so I can use on my phone. I need to cancel my purchase from you that I made today.

    Hi @Vivienne,

    We can certainly issue a refund of $34.99 for the Mac Single License you purchased today if you'd like, but first I would like to clarify that 1Password is licensed per user, per platform. So, for instance, If you want to use 1Password on your Mac(s) and on your iPhone, you'd need to buy a license for the Mac app (which you bought today), and also download the iOS app on your phone.

    1Password for iOS is a "freemium" app, meaning that you can download and use it for free, for as long as you like, with core features. When you’re ready to unlock 1Password’s full power, you can do so with an optional, one-time, in-app purchase of Pro Features. 1Password for iOS is available only in the App Store on your iPhone.

    You can sync your data between your Mac and iPhone with Dropbox, iCloud, or Wi-Fi sync. Dropbox and Wi-Fi sync are available in the version you bought today. But if you want to use iCloud sync, this will require that you purchase 1Password for Mac from the Mac App Store, rather than our AgileBits Store, and that would be a perfect reason to ask for a refund (which we can process right away if you confirm that's what you want, as I mentioned above). This may be the reason you posted here in the first place, but due to some ambiguous wording, I just wanted to be clear that we were on the same page before I went ahead with the refund.
