That thread is no longer available or I just could not find it. Unable to import my passwords from lastpass into WINDOWS 1pass

Please let me know if I can help more. It might be better to create a new thread in the Windows category if you're still having trouble. This is the Mac category, and 1Password is slightly different on the two platforms. :)
