Login and sync trouble
Hi,installed 1pw on my iphon/pad,now I installed it on my macmini,when I started I realised that long time ago I had a trial version which expired.
I deinstalled and tried to sync with my iphone....but this doesnt work,always ask me about my old password I dont have anymore....so Im blocked to go on what can I do?

I'm sorry you're having trouble syncing your 1Password data! It looks like you're trying to use Wi-Fi sync. If so, you should be able to set that up by following these steps.
If you run into problems when trying to do that, please let us know exactly what happens, and what doesn't work as described in those steps. If you get any error messages, please let us know what they say. Basically, walk us through what happens on your end of things. The more information you can give us the better and more quickly we'll be able to assist you. Thanks!

hi,sorry you didnt get it: the main problem before syncing with ios phone is that I cant open 1pw on my macmini .it asks always my password.before I had a trial version of 1pw already expired and dont have the old password anymore.I deinstalled the trial version nevertheless the old password is still somewhere and prevents everything,and therefore I cant change the password........

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding! Just to be sure we understand you this time:
- You've been using 1Password on your iOS devices.
- You want to use 1Password on your Mac, but when you install the app on your Mac, it's finding some old data from a trial you had a while back and prompting you for a password that you don't remember.
If this is correct, then we'll need to simply start fresh with 1Password on your desktop. I'm sending you a private message with some instructions on how to do that.
