Very sorry to hear that your laptop was stolen. If you had "Find My Mac" set up on it, you might be able to trace it, or to delete your data if you wanted to.
If you used Dropbox sync, then 1Password Anywhere will work. You can read about it at https://support.1password.com/1passwordanywhere/.
But since AgileBits does not have a centralised record of your data, that is the only way to get to the data.

Hi @lornadam ,
I'm so sorry to hear that your laptop was stolen - that's certainly a crummy situation.
As danco suggests, Find My Mac could be really helpful here - did you have it enabled?
Other than that, one of the 'features' of 1Password is that it allows you to control your data. I use quotation marks because this is an awesome thing for a lot of people, but in a case such as yours it does mean that, if you haven't chosen to sync your data to Dropbox or iCloud, then your data remains only on your computer - there is no server here at AgileBits that has your data.
Were you syncing your data or did you use Time Machine to back up your computer to a separate drive?

My data was backed up on Time Machine. I also have OPW on my phone but don't seem to have the right password for that! Any thought?
I did not have Drpp Box sync.

Hi @lornadam,
On your phone, you can try these tips:
My Master Password is not being accepted. What should I do?You said your data is backed up on Time Machine; is that on an external drive that you do have access to? If so, and you have another Mac you can use, then you can access your data by installing 1Password on that Mac and restoring from the backup in Time Machine. We can give you more specific details on how to do that if you let us know what version of 1Password you were using on the stolen Mac.
