AgileBits, like all developers, don't have any input to the App Store, and don't get any information from them.

The only way to get a refund for an App Store purchase is to ask Apple, who are sometimes helpful, sometimes not.

Once you had told us that you bought from the App Store, the other info (OS version, sync method, etc) isn't relevant for your query. But for many queries it is relevant, and omitting it means that support can't be properly given.

    Hi @mlohstroh,

Danco is correct - we can't process refunds ourselves for items sold on Apple's App Store. Apple maintains all control over transactions including refunds. You'll have to click the Report a Problem link on the receipt they sent you, and request the refund from them. It is also their sole discretion to grant a refund.

Did you have any questions about 1Password or need any help with it? Refund requests are often the result of something not working or being misconfigured, so we'd love the opportunity to help you fix the issue if this is the case.
