How to upgrade from a 6-seat small business license
I'd like to upgrade my team to the current version of 1P. Our last license was a 5-user "Small Business" license. I've tried two options via your store, and neither gave me what I wanted:
- Go to the standard store, click the Upgrade button, and put in my license key. This offers me a discounted upgrade price of $25 for one user. I'm happy with that rate, but I'd like to upgrade all five copies and get another.
- Go to the business store. This store doesn't appear to have any sort of upgrade path at all, and when I put in that I want six users, the price comes back as $45/user, which is more than the single-user price in the standard store.
How do I upgrade my license to get six users and obtain some sort of upgrade discount?

I was able to locate your license details in our back office records by searching the email address that you have in your forum profile. It appears that you currently have a family license for 1Password 3. Our licensing (with respect to the family license in particular) has changed slightly since you purchased 1Password 3: when Apple introduced Family Sharing, we re-structured our family licensing to match with the App Store's policies, which meant we did away with the larger family license and now allow a single license to be shared among up to five members of the same household.
Since you're using 1Password for a small business though, you do want to use the business store for your purchase. Because you're a long-time 1Password user (and because 1Password is currently on sale) I've generated a coupon for you to give you a bit of an extra discount on your business license purchase.
