The first thing to make clear is that 1P for Mac and 1P for Android are completely separate products. In other words, if you need 1P for Mac you have to buy it. The cost of it has nothing to do with whether or not you have 1P for Android.
1Password is licensed per person and per platform, rather than per device. You can read more about AgileBits' approach to software licensing in this knowledge base article.
You can buy 1P for Mac either from the Mac App Store or direct from the AgileBits store. There are two things to bear in mind:
- If you ever want to use iCloud to sync 1P data between your Mac and an iPhone (which probably won't apply to you) you must buy 1P from the Mac App Store because the version from the AgileBits store doesn't support iCloud sync (following changes made by Apple on the launch of OS X Yosemite). Both versions support sync of 1P data by either local wifi or Dropbox.
- If you have owned an earlier version of 1P for Mac you may be entitled to an upgrade discount if you buy from the AgileBits store. That discount won't be available if you buy from the Mac App Store.

Good afternoon Stephen or Drew... I finally bought your software, I believe it is simply great for what I've seen so far.
I wanted to ask you guys if you have some type of video tutorials or any tutorial that will allow me to learn it in more depth and take advantage of its full potential.
I will appreciate any help or guidance that you can provide me.
Have a pleasant night.
Cheers, Rafael

I'm not aware currently of any video tutorials but there is an excellent knowledge base and also some really good user guides (linked on the knowledge base page). You'll find the user guides very helpful as you start learning about how to use 1Password.
The other good resource is these forums. By all means post on the appropriate one if you have any more questions about using 1Password for Mac or 1P for Android.

Hi @rsangiov,
As Stephen said, the user guides are a great place to learn about 1Password and how to use its features. You can find links to the user guides on our support site, or you can use this direct link to the 1Password for Mac user guide. And as always, we're here for you if you have any questions or run into problems! :)
