How to add a credit card from the Credit Card Category to Logins and add a username & password?

You cannot directly move an item from one category to another. The best way to move the data is to copy and paste it within 1P. To make that easier find the credit card item in 1P mini (highlight it so the details display) then click on the anchor symbol at the bottom left of the displayed item. That will anchor it to your desktop while you copy and paste any information you need. You can link the credit card and login items by using a tag, of course.
