Save New Login dialog doesn't handle folders with the same name
I have two folders in the root, Private and Work, both have a category called Internet. In the Save New Login dialog (displayed by the chrome plugin), the Internet folder does not appear in Private, but it does in Work. I think this might be a bug.

Hi @jaaptaal,
I'm sorry you're having some trouble! Just to make sure I understand what you mean: It sounds like you have 2 different vaults in 1Password (one called "Private" and one called "Work"), and in each of those vaults you've created a folder that you named "Internet". When you're prompted to save a new Login item, you want to choose the "Internet" folder in one of your vaults, but that folder is not shown as an option for the "Private" vault. Is that all correct?
If so, please open the main 1Password app, make sure you're in the "Private" vault, and look at the Folders section in the left sidebar. Is the "Internet" folder a regular folder or a Smart folder? (If it's a Smart folder, it will have a small gear symbol in the center of the folder icon.) Smart folders won't be shown as options in the prompt to save a new Login because they work much differently than regular folders, and items can't be saved to Smart folders directly.
Hopefully that helps to explain why you don't see that folder as an option when saving a new Login. But if not, please let us know and we'll be happy to continue trying to figure out what's going on. Thanks!

Hi Drew,
I have just 1 vault, with nested subfolders. First level contains 2 folders, named Private and Work. Each contains a folder Internet.

Hi @jaaptaal,
Thank you for the clarification! I was able to reproduce this problem and opened a bug report. I don't have a timeframe for when that will be fixed, but in the meantime the simple workaround would be to give those folders slightly different names (even adding a space at the end of the name of one folder will work).
Thanks for bringing this to our attention! If you need anything else, just let us know. :)
