Sync over wi-fi doesn't work

Hi guys!
I've just tried all your advices from other posts about syncing over wi-fi but they doesn't work.

  1. I've read all guides about syncing over wi-fi in help center
  2. I tried reboot router, macbook and iPhone
  3. I tried reset network settings on iPhone
  4. I tried set up ad-hoc network on macbook
  5. Firewall turned off
  6. I've updated all desktop and mobile application up to latest version

    I haven't got any error messages. I just open wi-fi sync window on my mac and open wi-fi sync settings on my iPhone. There is no any computers in the list to choose. When I tap on the "refresh list" it doesn't help.

    In this case, I think we could benefit from looking at some Diagnostics Reports, one from each of your devices. Here's how to create them:

    Mac: https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/mac.html

    iOS: https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.html

    Then attach the entire report file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com

    Please do not post your Diagnostics Reports in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your emails, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Reports in our inbox.

    You should receive automated replies from our BitBot assistant with Support ID numbers. Please post those numbers here so we can quickly track down the reports and ensure that they are investigated quickly. :)

    Once we see the reports we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
