Can you please explain a little more fully exactly the problem you are having? Do you mean that some logins which you have saved in 1Password are not working? If so, does that apply to all logins or only some? If only some, can you give us a couple of URLs that are giving you problems (so long as they are not confidential)?

Hi @gp0087,
I am so sorry that you're feeling frustrated! I know 1Password can be a bit of tricky program to get a feel for when you're just starting out.
I'd be more than happy to walk you through whichever parts seem to not be making sense. Now, you don't mention which instructions you've read, so I'll point you to a couple of User Guide articles that I think will be really helpful. If you've already read these, please let me know which part of the article isn't working as advertised for you.
Saving a Login: this will walk you through the process of saving a Login using the 1Password browser extension.
Using a saved Login: this article shows you how 1Password fills your data in on websites.
If you tell me a little bit more about which websites are "not working", and give some details about how things are not working, we can talk about where things are getting tangled up. When giving us more details, it can be very helpful to include specific steps, such as: "I typed in the web address for [site], then I clicked on the browser extension and used the arrow keys to find my [site] Login. When I clicked on the Login, no details were filled into the fields."
Now, you do mention having trouble with your Aeroplan account, so let's start there. Here's what I did:
- Opened a new tab and went to
https://www4.aeroplan.com/home.do
- I typed in 'my' Aeroplan number and password (for testing purposes, I just used dummy information, but that's not important).
- I hit the 'Go' button.
- When I did, the website attempted to log me in, and 1Password popped up to offer to save the Login for me.
- I let 1Password save the details.
- I used the 'back' button on my browser to go to Aeroplan's homepage.
- I used ⌘\ ( Command- \ ), the keyboard shortcut to fill for 1Password, and 1Password filled in the details correctly.
How does my process differ from yours? When you say that " it still not letting me login", what does that look like? Is there an error message from 1Password? Is there an error message from the site? The more detail you are able to provide, the more quickly we'll be able to figure out where things are getting tangled.

Hi @gp00087 ,
I'm sorry that you're still struggling with this!
An invalid Aeroplan Number and/or Password was entered. Please verify and try again.
If you forgot or need a password, use our Password Help. This sounds to me like the details you are entering might be incorrect. What happens if you leave 1Password out of the equation and type in your details and log in manually?
