can't add license file

for the life of me i can't figure out how to add the license file
if i click on the link it takes me to a file chooser ?

    @agilewombat You had two accounts in our sales system, so I merged them and resent your license via email. If you click on the link in the license email, your copy of 1Password 5 for Mac should automatically be registered.
