You really do need to provide a little more information in order that we can help. Please tell us:

• Exactly what version of 1P for Mac you are using—there are sub-species of version 5 :)
• What browser you are using
• The 1Password Browser Extension version (I'm assuming you have installed the 1P browser extension: if you have not that's probably the cause of your problem)
• Whether all your login passwords fail to fill or whether only some of them fail
