Chrome extension counting 1, 2, 3 ...

Hello,

Same issue noticed in other thread but no solution exposed ...
Firefox and Safari extension working fine with 1Password Version 3.8.18 (build 31318) on OSX Yosemite 10.10
I tried Chrome extension but i can't unlock 1Password and it starts counting 1,2,3 etc...
I also tried to update to version 3.8.22 (build #32010) but i get an error message after downloading it: "an error occurred while extracting the archive. Please try again".

Basic steps done: install/uninstall extension, start/restart Chrome, tried with Hands Off! firewall disable.
Same result ...

Extension Version: 3.9.21.90
OS Version: OS X 10.10.2
Sync Type: Dropbox
