1Password 5 incompatible with OS X 10.9 (Mavericks) - requires 10.10 (Yosemite)

my Mac did not update version 5.3 1Password because it said it was incompatible. am I the only one that got that message? I was looking at my updates for my Mac (it is running OS 10.9.5 and it listed the latest 1Password update as incompatible.

    1Password 5 requires Yosemite (OS X 10.10). The version you listed is the most recent one that will work on your OS. However, when (if) you upgrade your OS, 1Password's update from version 4 to version 5 is free.

    Hi @bill442238,

    As hawkmoth said, 1Password 5 for Mac requires OS X 10.10 (Yosemite), so it will give an error if you try to open version 5 on OS X 10.9 (Mavericks). Sorry for any confusion about that!

    If you need to re-download 1Password 4 for Mac, you can do so from the "Legacy" section at the bottom of our download site.
