Oops. I'm using 1Password 4 on a Macmini running Mavericks 10.9.5. I don't know what an Extension Version is or Sync Type is. I hope this is enough information.

Is it working for some sites and not for others? If so, please give us a URL for a site where it's not working (so long as it's not confidential) so that someone can test it for you. Please also tell us:
- What browser you are using
- The 1Password Browser Extension version

@hschaars: it sounds like you might have the browser's autofill enabled and fighting with 1Password. Is that the case? Please try disabling it, as that should help reduce conflicts. That would also explain why it's just certain sites.
If you're still having trouble, be sure to let us know the OS, 1Password, browser, and extension versions you're using, as well as the exact steps you're taking. We'll get this sorted out for you! :)

Everything is working again. I'll keep you posted if this should happen again. What could have caused this?
My 1Password version is 4.4.3 (443000) and my Firefox is 39.0. My Safari version, which I use occasionally is 7.1.7.

Hi @hschaars ,
Thanks for sharing your version details with us, that's often very useful in tracking these issues down!
What could have caused this?
Well, that's tricky to say, since we didn't quite finish diagnosing things before the issue went away, but Brenty did suggest that it might be a conflict with your browser's autofill ... do you have this enabled?
I'll keep you posted if this should happen again.
Thanks! That would be most helpful! If you do see this again, please take note of which site it occurs on. Some other information that would be helpful here is the exact steps that you took to fill the webpage. For example:
- Do you use 1Password's 'Go and Fill' feature to open the webpage and then fill your details?
- Do you open the webpage manually and then use ⌘\ ( Command- \ ) to fill your details?
- Do you copy and paste your details from 1Password mini?
Knowing exactly what you did will allow us to re-trace your steps and likely help us solve this more quickly.
Of course, I hope that 1Password behaves perfectly for you from now on, but we're happy to keep investigating if this issue crops up again!

I'm not sure how to disable my browser's autofill.
When I go to one of my websites, I go to my saved passwords and click on the website and 1Password automatically fills in the ID and password. Some sites will only do the ID and I then click the site again in my saved logins and the password automatically gets entered. So sometimes it's a one click process and sometimes it's a two click process.

Hi @hschaars ,
I'm not sure how to disable my browser's autofill.
Brent's instructions above included a link to our support documents which can help you through that process: Disable your browser's autofill
I go to my saved passwords and click on the website and 1Password automatically fills in the ID and password. So sometimes it's a one click process and sometimes it's a two click process.
Thanks for sharing your workflow here! It sounds like you're using the 'Go and Fill' method (which I think is the most convenient of all). In general, 1Password should fill all your details with one click, but there are some uniquely designed websites that require a little bit of finesse. When you come across sites that are not filling as you expect, let us know the URLs so we can do some testing here and see if we can improve 1Password's behaviour.
