Sync between 1Password 3.8.22 and latest versions

Today I needed data that I have secured on 1Password and found that not all data that one enters on the latest iOS versión of 1Password is synced to version 3.8.22 (latest version I can run on my 1st generation MacPro running MacOS X 10.7.5).
Specifically: Section information created in [at least] iOS 8.3 is ignored and not shown.
Is there any other type of info not shown?
A workaround?

    @fahirsch What do you mean by "section information"? 1Password 4 for Mac introduced many new features and 1Password 5 for Mac built upon that. Most of these new features are also included in 1Password 5 for iOS. These are not backwards compatible with 1Password 3 for Mac, so you will have sections that show up in 1Password 5 for iOS that don't show up in 1Password 3 for Mac.
