I have 2 password accounts! How do I merge them? My phone and computer have one and the same. I have just recently updated on the App Store from my phone and this 1password is not on my computer. There are conflicting accounts and the program I use regularly is the 1password that sync's with my computer. They are totally different
systems !!! Yikeeees

So that we can supply correct advice could you supply some version information for us please.

• Which version of 1Password for Mac am I running?
• Which version of 1Password for iOS am I running?

That will begin to help fill in the details and give us a better idea of your situation. Now just to confirm, are you saying they were in sync but after you updated 1Password on your phone they no longer synchronise? As is often the case the devil is in the details but as we learn more we should be able to help you get it all working again :smile:
