Incorrect password when trying to login to 1P on Mac...
Hi all, not sure what happened but today i can't login to 1P on my iMac. Same password works fine on my Android phone and all my logins are there. AND i also have access to my logins from Safari with the 1P extension enabled. Strange behavior. Can someone shed some light please?

Now there is something odd about the versions you reported. 1Password 3 for Mac is a very different application to 1Password 4 and you have the 1Password 4 Browser Extension loaded. Those two cannot communicate so I'm wondering if you're attempting to launch the wrong version of 1Password for Mac. Is this a possibility at all? Do you happen to have a 1Password 4 application at all as well?

Thanks, I didn't realize until now that I was trying to run the older version on the Mac. Just ran version 4 and I'm able to login. Thanks again.

I'm glad we managed to unravel that :smile:
As you seem to still have 1Password 3 on your Mac you might be interested in our uninstallation guide for 1Password 3 which can be found on the page Completely Uninstalling 1Password 3. I would personally suggest the manual steps. The reason for that suggestion is if you find some part isn't present you can simply skip that bit and proceed to the next - we're a pretty adaptable species after all :p
