Paid for an update on June 2, 2015, now being told that my trial is over, was the update only good for a month ? How is this straightened out in a timely manner?

I've resent your licences to you. I noticed we had two entries in our records for you which might have stopped you from successfully requesting the correct licence so I've merge them. That along with the information you've already received from JWeaver and Stephen_C should hopefully get you up and running again.
