Paid for an update on June 2, 2015, now being told that my trial is over, was the update only good for a month ? How is this straightened out in a timely manner?

    Hi,

    It sounds like your license key wasn't applied to 1Password for Mac. If you're not familiar with this process, here's a link to the appropriate section of the 1Password User Guide. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.

    Hi @danmcg123,

    I've resent your licences to you. I noticed we had two entries in our records for you which might have stopped you from successfully requesting the correct licence so I've merge them. That along with the information you've already received from JWeaver and Stephen_C should hopefully get you up and running again. Should you still have difficulties though please do let us know :smile:
