First item in favorites list not listed in 1Password mini.
Although my complete Favorites list is displayed in full within the main 1Password app and iOS synced vaults, the first item in my favorites list is NOT listed in 1Password mini.
1Password Version: 1Password 5 Version 5.3.2 (532001)
Extension Version: 4.4.0
OS Version: OS X 10.10.2
Sync Type: WiFi

If you edit that item in the main 1P app what do you see in the display field (towards the bottom of the item)? If that field says Never display in browser make sure you change it to Always and that will solve your problem.

Please let us know if Stephen_C's post helped or not. It's the most likely reason for an item not appearing in 1Password mini so worth checking.
