Need help with Password Extension

After the file has downloaded I get a screen with 3 things that it does. It is greyed out and doesn't allow me to click on it. Then when I try to reload it it says there is a problem with the file

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Not Provided
Sync Type: Not Provided

    Hi @Scang,

    Is this what you're seeing?

    If it is the extension has successfully installed and the following icon should be in your browser's extension toolbar That's our extension icon which you can activate either by clicking on it or if you have a website open, ready for 1Password to fill their login page then you can also use the keyboard shortcut ⌘\

    Does that help at all?
