Why isn't it synching?
I was remote connected to my Mac at work. I went to a website from that Mac at work. I'd forgotten my password, so, I went through the motions of creating a new password. I used 1Password to generate that new password. It's especially geeky and not one I would remember. So, anyway, I saved that new password in 1Password on my Mac at work. Now, I'm on my Mac at home. I've gone to that same website and, it doesn't let me in, because, duh, it's got an old password here on my Mac copy of 1Password. I thought these things synched with each other.

Hi @pb4072,
1Password can sync two Macs but it does have to be explicitly set up, it isn't done so automatically at all. It's something many of our users like about 1Password - it won't store your vault anywhere unless you specifically tell it to.
To be able to give you the most accurate advise we can it will really help if we learn a bit more about your machines.
Can you tell us Which version of 1Password you are running on both Macs please.
If you look in the preferences window for 1Password do you see a Sync tab? If you do and you switch to it does 1Password say you're syncing and if so using which sync method? (options include iCloud, Dropbox & Folder Sync).
Hopefully between those nuggets of information we'll be in a better position to help you get this all resolved
