Bought 1password for mac from appstore, but have to switch to windows now. [follow-up via email]

Bought 1password for mac from appstore, but have to switch to windows now. I bought it on 21st June 2015, so still within the 30 day money back guarantee. Can you please either refund me so that I can purchase the license for windows or provide me a license for windows.

    The app store is entirely handled by Apple, you would need to take a refund request up with them.

    However, the windows license is only sold by the AgileBits store, so I would suggest contacting the staff directly.

    Please email a copy of your purchase receipt to support+license@agilebits.comand they may be able to assist you, as they run the store for the Windows license. No guarantees on the out come however, as I am not staff and therefore not privy to how such decisions are made. At the least they can provide you with details on how to navigate the refund process from Apple.

    Please include a link to this topic so they can connect the dots so to speak.

    Oh, and you can use 1Password for Windows unlicensed for 30 days, fully functional, as explained on the AgileBits Software Licenses page:

    The Mac and Windows products available on our website come with an unlimited demonstration period so you can "Try Before You Buy".

    The application downloaded from our website will remain fully functional for the first 30 days after you install it. After this initial trial period, you will need to purchase a license to continue using without restrictions.
