Windows 7 & 8, iPhone? [Use Dropbox to sync between them]

I have 1Pass v 1.0.9.342. I want to upgrade to something that both my spouse and I can use.
I have a Windows 7 laptop, an iPhone 4s, and iPad 2. Spouse has Windows 8 laptop and iPhone 4s.
We would sync with Dropbox. What should we get?
