Sync with iPhone and Windows times out [Allow the connection in the Windows firewall]

Purchased software for iphone 6 entered all data then bought downloaded 1password for Windows now unable to sync with computer and iphone. Wi-Fi network is same for computer and iphone, secret number has been tried with and without spaces, iphone will show sync problem operation timed out.

@gbraswell - first, I edited your user name so it wasn't your email address.
It sounds like a firewall or anti-virus software is blocking the WiFi connection. Can you try temporarily disabling it to see if this helps.
