Please provide as much information as possible. Specifically, 1PW version, OS version, and whether you are syncing, and if so how.. The AgileBits staff (I am not staff, just an experienced user) will need information of this kind, and more if you have it, before they can make useful suggestions.

I'm sorry to hear you seem to be missing some of your data from 1Password! As danco said, we'll need to know some more information in order to help figure out what's going on:

• What version of Mac OS X are you running?
• What exact version of the 1Password app in on your Mac?
• Are you using the AgileBits Store version or the Mac App Store version of 1Password?
• Aside from your Mac, what other devices/computers are you syncing with 1Password (if any)?
• What version of 1Password are you using on the other devices/computers (if any)?
• Are you syncing your 1Password data via Dropbox, iCloud, or Wi-Fi Sync?
• Where are you seeing only one Login item - the main 1Password app? Or 1Password mini (or the browser extension)?
• If you're seeing this in the main app, do you have All Items selected in the sidebar?
