Wifi sync fail, error "Domain=com.agilebits.onepassword.errorDomain Code=7027"

Hello, I had to reformat my hard drive and now re installing apps and software to my MBP, running 10.10.4. I downloaded 1password 5, installed my 1password license and now trying to wi-fi sync all my data from my iOS devices, iPad and iPhone 5s, both running version 5.4.3, but every time I go to wi-fi sync I am getting the error message noted above. I also tried to restore my previous version of 1password through 'Time Machine' but this also did not work. All of my old data was not there.

I've read some other threads, but can not find answers to my problems. The computer, iOS devices and router have been restarted. I do not have a Firewall. One article suggested I disable my wifi sync and then re-enable it, however the instructions in the article did not match with my version of 1password and thus I was not able to follow those steps, and have not been able to figure out how to re-configure.

Please help me sort this out.

Thanks so much.
B

    Hello Megan and Stephen,

Thank you for your help. I read the article Stephen suggested before I made my post. The steps provided to disable and then re-enable wi-fi sync did not match the version of 1password I'm running on my iOS. The article mentions its for iOS version 5.3, while I am running 5.4.3.

However, after not being able to disable my wifi sync...I synced my iOS device via Cloud sync once...I then disable the cloud sync and turned back on the wifi sync, and then the wifi sync performed as expected. I'm not sure how what or how it happened, but my issues has been resolved.

    Thanks again.
    B
