I have the same problem, but when I tried to delete some of the files in Dropbox, then resync, I now have an agilbits file with a 1 at the end. Not helping. This is getting really serious, esp since we changed a bunch of passwords on my sites and I need them on all the iMacs

    Hi @lroggli,

It sounds like the problem you're having is a little different than the one in the previous thread, so I've moved your message to a new discussion to avoid confusion. I hope you don't mind!

...when I tried to delete some of the files in Dropbox, then resync, I now have an agilbits file with a 1 at the end.

Do you mean that you now have multiple .agilekeychain data files in Dropbox? For example, 1Password.agilekeychain and 1Password(1).agilekeychain? Or is there just one .agilekeychain, and it includes the number 1 in its name? Or are you referring to a different type of file?

Also, are you having trouble syncing your 1Password data between each Mac? If 1Password is syncing with the same .agilekeychain on each Mac, the sync should still work. If Dropbox sync does not seem to be working, and you have multiple .agilekeychain files in Dropbox, then it's possible some Macs are syncing with one .agilekeychain, and other Macs are syncing with a different .agilekeychain. You can check that by following these steps on each Mac:

    • Open 1Password and go to the menu for 1Password > Preferences
    • Click the Sync tab
    • Check the file path for the .agilekeychain file

Let us know how it goes and what you find, thanks!
