I'm sorry you're having trouble signing into websites with 1Password! If I understand your description, it sounds like 1Password isn't filling your username/password on those sites. Is that correct?

If so, can you please let us know a few more details:

• What are the exact steps you're taking to have 1Password fill your login credentials?
• Does it work if you open a Login item from the main 1Password app?
• Does it work if you open the site by choosing the Login item from the 1Password extension in the browser?
• Does it work if you go to a website first and then use the 1Password extension to fill your username/password?
• If you're using the extension, do you click on it in your browser's toolbar, or do you use the ⌘\ the keyboard shortcut?
• Is this a problem for all of your Login items? Or just one/some?
• Are you using the AgileBits Store version or the Mac App Store version of 1Password?
• What web browser are you using, and what version?
• What version of the 1Password extension is installed in your browser?
