1Password lost my passwords (no joke)

So I just noticed that most of the passwords stored in 1Password are now empty...
What happened? no idea some passwords are still there and all the other information on all other categories still works as expected (logins, identities, credit cards etc). But almost all my passwords are now empty, password name still there but the password field is empty.
I got a nagging feeling this might be related to the genius idea 1Password had to make categories included in the standard license on OS X but only available as a payed add-on on iOS? Hope I'm wrong but that's the only recent change in my setup, finally giving in and buying the addon for something that should just be in there from the start (but that's another thread).
Not-a-happy-customer-at-all now I'm scared to death to trust 1Password until someone comes back to me with a clear explanation as to what happened.

    Hi @Mat123,

I'm so sorry to hear that you're feeling frustrated with 1Password right now, and I'll do my best to help clear this up just as soon as possible.

Having the Pro features (or not) on your iOS device has no effect on your database. Even though you may not be able to view some categories on your iOS device, entries created on your Mac will remain intact in your database. I think the quickest way to sort this out will be to get a Diagnostics Report from both your computer and your iOS device.

    Please follow the guides below:

    —Mac—
    https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/mac.html

    —iOS—
    https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.html

Attach the Diagnostics Reports to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

Please do not post your Diagnostics Reports in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Reports in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that it is dealt with quickly. :)

Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks very much!

    Hi @Mat123,

We've received your Diagnostics Report - thanks for sending it in! I've updated the email thread with the necessary details from this forum discussion so that it is easier for our support team to get up to speed with the issue. Someone from the support team will get back to you as soon as possible with some further information. We'll keep the conversation going directly via email to avoid complicating things between here and there. :)
