Family Account: 2nd user now says Trial Expired

I have a family account. My wife is user #2. I've just looked at her Mac and 1Password is saying her trial has expired. For the life of me I can't get the app to accept the licence so I'm probably doing it wrong. Is there a guide? Can you help please
