@jstoddart: On iOS, it's definitely limited by the app developer...however, on Windows we may have a workaround, depending on how HBO has things set up there.

Is this a separate app you're using? If so, give me a link to it and I'll be happy to test it myself to see if I can offer a solution. Thanks in advance! :)
