I've spent $35 for this app and it doesn't auto sync with Mac Keychain access. I want my money back.
I have read the support docs that tell how to sync Mac Keychain access but it has not worked at all. I was expecting the app to auto sync with Keychain and work right after installation. It doesn't. I've spent way too much time trying to get an important and basic feature to work without success. I want my money back, please.

Are you trying to move passwords that are now stored in the Mac Keychain into 1Password for Mac? If that's your objective, a fellow user, @MrC, has developed a very useful set of converters to help new users. You can find them in the thread about MrC's Convert to 1Password Utility.
As far as a refund is concerned, I hope you'll give MrC's converter a try before finally deciding. But if you still want a refund afterwards, the way to get it will depend on when you bought it and where. If directly from AgileBits, they will issue a refund if you bought the software within the last 30 days. If you bought it from Apple though the Mac App Store, only Apple will be able to provide that.

Hi @brendanobrien,
I'm not sure there's much I can cover that hawkmoth hasn't already done so. We have a 30 day window for refunds when you purchase via our AgileBits Store but if did purchase from us I can only assume it was done so using another email address and not the one you're using here in the forums. As such your best option would be to email us at support+licenses@agilebits.com to request a refund.
If you purchased the Mac App Store we have no control there as hawkmoth has stated and you will need to contact Apple. I've found this online, How-to: Request an iTunes purchase refund if you have a legitimate reason which seems to be the nearest thing to a guide.
Of course we'd like to help you solve the issue rather than lose you as a user. MrC's convertors do a great job and he has worked at being able to import from the OS X keychain. If we can assist here we'd love to and I'm sure MrC will be posting at some point when he sees the title.

Hi @brendanobrien,
I'm sure I can't add anything more than the others have already said, but that I'm willing to help you get your OS X Keychain items exported for the Keychain and imported into 1Password (if this is indeed what you're having trouble with). Please let us know.

Ok, I'm willing to give Mr. C's patch a try. Send me the link and instructions.
Agilebits: If Mr. C's patch works, why isn't it just integrated into the software?

Hi @brendano ,
The conversion suite of tools I wrote started out as a way to help my mom convert from another password manager to 1Password, and the suite has grown considerably since. I think there are 22 converters now. So we can say they are a work of love!
The converter is available here. You might want to use the new converter AppleScript helper in the 1.06 version posted in the _testing folder in my AgileBits Utilities area. It makes the conversion process pretty simple.
