How do you establis a account user name
How to establish an account user name and password with a bank, that open up correctly, then open up to a window with different security code ? I have attempted to performed this task to many times to count. When the site open up, it enter the previously security and wil not open up to our banking acct., it continues to fill in the previous security code.

So you have a multi-page login for your bank and the first page requires a username and password while the second is some sort of Two-Factor Authentication, with a code that changes each time. Is that a correct summary of this bank?
If it is I would recommend you only store a Login item that fills in the first page. Personally what I would do is create a brand new Login item using our How to manually save a Login guide for that first page. When you fill with this Login it should attempt to submit and the bank should open this new window. If something is still being filled there it could be it's your browser trying to be helpful. If it seems like that is the case then this page, Disabling your web browser’s built-in password manager may help.
