Opening a secondary vault in 1Password5
Hi,
I am a user of 1Password4 for Windows and 1Password IOS. I have recently added a macbook pro to the stable and have purchased 1Password5. I sync using Dropbox.
The issue is that on1Password5 I do not have an option to open a different vault. They do still exist (just checked on Windows). Any thoughts?
Cheers

Hi,
When you attempt to sync 1Password for Mac with Dropbox, do you see your existing vaults on Dropbox?

Hi @alastair_f,
Thank you for your support of 1Password on Windows, iOS, and now Mac! :) I'm sure we can help get things straightened out for you.
JWeaver asked about your other vaults in Dropbox, and that's because each vault syncs separately. So if you haven't already done so, make sure each vault you use in 1Password for Windows is syncing via Dropbox.
If all your vaults are in Dropbox, then you need to add each one to 1Password for Mac. This is a little different than in the Windows version. In the Mac version of 1Password, the first vault you create (or in your case, sync from Dropbox) is the Primary vault, and you'll need to add the others as secondary vaults. To do that, go to your Dropbox folder on the Mac and double-click one of the other .agilekeychain files. 1Password should prompt you to add it, and you'll need to enter the master password for that vault. Do that for each vault you have in Dropbox.
After adding them from Dropbox, you'll be able to follow the steps in this knowledgebase article to switch between vaults in 1Password on your Mac.
Does that help? Please let us know if you have more questions about that. We're here for you! :)
