@malik030: Sorry for the trouble! If 1Password cannot connect to the iCloud service, unfortunately it's not going to be able to use it to sync. Please restart your Mac and then try the steps in this guide, as they should help either resolve the issue or, at the very least, narrow down the cause:
Troubleshooting iCloud sync issues
If you're still having trouble, please tell me the OS and 1Password versions you're using on all devices, and the exact steps you're taking, so we can figure out the best plan of action. Thanks in advance! :)

@malik030: Could you provide a bit more information? Did you receive any errors during that process? If you could provide some details, there may be a clue that would allow me to recommend something else, but at this point I don't even know what you have tried and the results you got.
Ultimately AgileBits doesn't have any control over iCloud, so you may need to contact Apple, but we may be able to at least point you in the right direction if you let us know what's going on! :)

Hi Brenty,
no error messages. 1Password says only, that I should activate the iCloud. But for sure, iCloud is activated inkl. the drive.
The Process is: I switch from dropbox sync to iCloud, 1Password ask me if i want to disable the dropbox sync and then when I switch to iCloud, the activation thing is coming.
Is there maybe a change with 10.10.4? Normally there must be something like a trace, so we can see what happens at 1password.
I hope so :-)
And I found an error message on my iphone0 -
Hi @malik030,
I'm sorry you're continuing to run into problems trying to enable iCloud sync on your Mac and iPhone!
One thing that might help (if you haven't already tried doing this) is to reset your iCloud data for 1Password. This won't touch the data stored in 1Password on your Mac or iPhone, it just resets data related to 1Password in your iCloud account. If you've never synced with iCloud before, there might not be any data there to reset, but it's worth trying those steps anyway in case it helps.
Please also double-check that you've enabled iCloud Drive by following the steps in this knowledgebase article.
If you still have the same problem after that, and you've already tried all the steps in our iCloud troubleshooting guide, there might be a problem in your iCloud account itself, especially since you are having trouble on both your Mac and iPhone. It might be necessary for you to contact Apple for help - but before doing that, I'd like to ask you to create Diagnostics Reports from your Mac and iPhone:
—Mac—
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/mac.html—iOS—
https://support.1password.com/diagnostics/ios.htmlAttach each Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.
Please do not post your Diagnostics Reports in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email(s), along with your forum username so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your reports in our inbox. You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the reports and make sure you get a reply as soon as possible. :)
Once we see the reports, we'll take a look to see if we can spot a problem. Thanks very much!

Hi, my solution. Delete 1Password on my iPhone. Install and create a new Tresor. Then 1Password connects to 1Cloud and ask to put the old and new stuff together. Now it works ;-)

Hi, the sync on Mac works now. Strange that you have to start with the mobile device :-)

Hi @malik030,
Thank you for following up with the good news. It sounds like there may have been something going wrong with the copy of 1Password on your iPhone. But we're very glad to hear that you've got 1Password up and syncing well now! :+1:
Let us know if you need anything else. Otherwise, happy syncing!

@malik030: Indeed. Clearly there was an issue with iCloud, since you were having the same issue on both devices. That actually surprised me, since it wasn't clear that this was the case from your original post. Anyway, I'm glad it's working for you now. Cheers! :)
